Pascal Tebibel is the Director of Global Public Affairs and Strategic Foresight for the Colas Group, based at the global headquarters in Paris. Colas is currently among the world leaders in the construction and maintenance of transport infrastructure. He received a degree of Chemical Engineering from the Europe Higher Institute of Chemistry of Strasbourg completed by a Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry from the Ohio State University (USA).

After his ten-year career in the oil industry within ExxonMobil, holding various positions in France and in Europe, he decided 10 years ago to move the construction industry. Expert in connecting people, his role is both to imagine the world of tomorrow and to be the spokesperson of the Colas Group to the public authorities in France and abroad. Familiar with the world of innovation and start-ups, he is committed to a mobility that is accessible for all. He recently graduated from the Higher Education Institute for European Development and Planning (IHEDATE). This Institute brings together government representatives, associations of regional authorities and groups of public and private professionals and companies. He also joined the board of the ATEC-ITS France (Intelligent Transport System).
