Lisbon, Portugal | 15 November 2022
TRA, the Transport Research Arena, is the largest European research and technology conference on transport and mobility. It covers all transport modes and all aspects of mobility.
This year, TRA took place in the Lisbon Congress Center (CCL), from 14 to 17 November. Over 2000 experts from all over the world gathered to discuss the newest innovations and future of mobility and transport.
Together with FIEC (the European Construction Industry Federation) and Routes de France, the ERF was present and had the opportunity to use the pitch stage of the demonstration area for one hour.
This gave the 3 partners organisations the opportunity to present a brand-new study on the effect of road infrastructure maintenance on its carbon footprint, followed by the presentation of the results of the latest cooperative analysis (Benchmark Study) on the emergence of new mobility patterns and behaviours, the Covid-19 crisis, and their impact on the road infrastructure, also addressing the European Resilience and Recovery Plans.
